Prepare the Item
Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and includes all indigenous packaging, tags, and documentation that came with the delivery.
Verification Inspection
Our quality control specialists will inspect the item to verify the claim; for fragile handicrafts or delicate textiles, this process may take up to 3-5 business days.
Resolution Selection
Once approved, you can choose between a direct replacement of the same artisanal piece, an exchange for a different item of equal value, or a store credit voucher.
